clubbing for the first time?

so this may sound dumb, but how do you go clubbing? my friends and i are all going for our 18th birthday parties. we found some clubs that are 18+, and we’re going to pick one…but girls, what do you wear? do you bring your purse and if so what do you with it when your dancing? what about dancing? is it okay to just go out on the floor with friends and have a good time or will people be annoyed? any other advice is much appreciated :)

    Just wear something casual, and you can bring your purse, just don’t leave it anywhere. Carry it around with you. and you can dance, it’s okay.

    wear something nice but not so formal. i suggest you bring a wristlet, just put a debit/credit card in, some cash, camera if needed, and your phone. just have a good time. i suggest you not to wear flip flops because they usually don’t allow it. have fun!

    me and all my girls just went for our 18th bday parties as well.
    the only difference is is my boyfriend used to be a bouncer so i got all this info from him.

    clothing –i wouldnt wear a skirt or a dress only because when you do go out there and dance it rides up and not only that but guys are goin to come up and dance with yall. if its nothing but a group of girls and the club is popping guys will come dance with yall. so if yall dont like strangers or having harmless fun you may as well not go to the clubs cause thats what guys go to clubs for to dance with girls. i usually stick to jeans, shorts, capris, or if i wear a dress or skirt i usually wear leggings with them. as for a top i usually wear a cute halter. something fun and flirty without being too revealing saying i want you to take me home later. remember how you dress is how these guys are going to take you. most guys come for one night stands so if you want them to respect you at all dont dress to revealing.

    Purse –most definately not. what we usually do is stick our money and ID in either our pockets or our bras and we make sure we have our cell phones. done bring a purse cause its crowded and easy to get stuff stolen.

    dancing –yes its ok to dance! thats what clubs are all about! go have fun! dont worry about what others think! they will get over it. you paid to get in just like they did!

    oh and just some random advice….clubs are hopping on thursday and saturday nights. usually starting aroun 12am.

    when you go to a dead club you wont have fun. so research and make sure its great!
